As a Cultural Engineer and dedicated artist advocate, Sha serves as a catalyst for change in the creative landscape. With roles including Co-Chair and Founding Board Member of Women In Music Houston Chapter, a Board Member of the Grammy Academy, Delegate of Arts District Advocacy and Liaison for Texas Music Office, her commitment extends to championing the rights of artists. In her capacity as Civic Arts Manager for the City of Sugar Land, she passionately advocates for equitable pay, artist training programs, and increased municipal support for the thriving local arts community.
